2. CATEGORIES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED

Reservation/Transaction Data: Flight number, arrival/departure time, pick-up and drop-off location, number of passengers, special requests (child seat, extra luggage, etc.)
Financial Data: Invoice details, payment amount, transaction history (sensitive payment data such as credit card numbers are not stored by the Company; such data is processed directly by the payment infrastructure provider bank)
Transaction Security Data: IP address, cookie data, browser and device information, Site usage logs
Marketing Data: Campaign and promotion usage information (only where explicit consent has been given)
3. PURPOSES OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:
Receiving, confirming, and fulfilling reservation requests and transfer services
Tracking flights to ensure smooth service delivery
Securely processing online payment transactions and enabling the necessary integration with the payment infrastructure provider
Issuing invoices and carrying out accounting/financial processes
Managing customer relations and evaluating requests and complaints
Fulfilling legal obligations (tax legislation, consumer protection legislation, etc.)
Ensuring the security of the Site and resolving legal disputes
Where explicit consent has been given, sending campaign, announcement, and marketing communications
4. METHOD OF COLLECTION AND LEGAL BASIS
Your personal data is collected electronically through the reservation form on the Site, phone calls, WhatsApp correspondence, email correspondence, and online payment transactions.
This data is processed based on the following legal grounds set out in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK:
Processing is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract (provision of the reservation and transfer service)
Processing is mandatory for the Company to fulfill its legal obligations (invoicing, tax legislation)
Processing is necessary for the Company's legitimate interests, provided this does not violate your fundamental rights and freedoms (improving service quality, security)
Your explicit consent has been obtained (for non-mandatory processing activities such as marketing communications)
5. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data may be transferred, limited to the purposes described above and with appropriate security measures in place, to the following recipients:
Payment Infrastructure Provider: For processing online credit/debit card payments, your payment information (including card details) is transferred directly to the virtual POS infrastructure of Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. for the purpose of completing the transaction. This transfer is necessary for the secure completion of the payment process.
Suppliers and Business Partners: Driver and vehicle suppliers with whom we work to physically provide the transfer service (limited to the information necessary for performance of the service)
Authorized Public Institutions: Where required by legal obligation (tax offices, courts, law enforcement, etc.)
Accounting/Financial Advisory Service Providers: For the purpose of carrying out invoicing and accounting processes
Except as listed above, your personal data is not shared with third parties unless required by law.
6. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT (KVKK ARTICLE 11)
Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, as a data subject you have the right to:
Learn whether your personal data is being processed
Request information regarding the processing of your personal data, if any
Learn the purpose of processing and whether your data is used in accordance with that purpose
Know the third parties, domestic or abroad, to whom your personal data is transferred
Request correction of your personal data if it is processed incompletely or incorrectly
Request deletion or destruction of your personal data within the conditions set out in the KVKK
Request that any correction, deletion, or destruction be notified to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred
Object to the occurrence of any result that is to your detriment by means of analysis of your personal data exclusively through automated systems
Request compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing of your personal data
To exercise these rights, you may submit your request, together with documents verifying your identity, via email to info@katarglobal.com or in writing to the Company's address listed above. Requests will be resolved as soon as possible and no later than 30 days, depending on their nature.
7. DATA SECURITY
The Company takes technical and administrative measures to prevent unlawful processing of and unlawful access to your personal data, and to ensure that your data is stored securely. Online payment transactions are carried out via the virtual POS infrastructure of Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş., which uses 3D Secure verification and SSL/TLS encryption; your card details are not stored on the Company's servers.
8. DATA RETENTION PERIOD
Your personal data is retained for the duration required by the purpose of processing and for the legal retention periods set out in applicable legislation (e.g., the Turkish Tax Procedure Law, the Turkish Commercial Code). At the end of these periods, the data is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.
9. COOKIES POLICY
The Site uses cookies to improve user experience, analyze Site traffic, and facilitate the reservation process.
Essential Cookies: Required for the core functions of the Site (reservation form, session management) to operate.
Analytics Cookies: Used to analyze how the Site is used.
